[Shipping Returns] How do I track my return parcel?

You can track your return parcel using the tracking number that was provided:


  1. After your return/refund request is submitted OR
  2. When you self-arranged for shipment with your chosen courier service

 

Simply enter the tracking number on the website of the courier service that was selected to track your return parcel.


💡 Tip: While Shopee may provide you with a tracking number in some cases, you won’t be able to track the return parcels via Shopee app
